As a recognized thought leader in health and branding, Jeffrey has appeared as a featured contributor in local and national publications, and he has delivered keynote presentations on vision-driven branding and its impact on the health industry.

With a passion for driving change, Harriet has worked with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders to develop brand and marketing strategies that are truly transformational. Harriet prides herself on an intimate understanding of the complexities and interconnectedness of healthcare and finds the greatest rewards in helping organizations give life to their vision and create truly unique experiences. She has consulted with and supported a range of clients for over 20 years, including retail, technology, healthcare services and providers. Harriet received her Master’s of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management, with a specialization in strategy and management policy.

With a retail and human resources background, Kate brings a unique perspective to the team. Prior to joining HBG, Kate managed a team of 100 plus employees as the Executive Team Leader for Human Resources at Target. With her human resources experience at a large corporation, she brings to the table a wide array of skills – including recruiting, management and administration. Kate received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communications from Illinois State University.

With experience in project management, account management and digital media, Sylvie has found her true passion in technology integration and interactive strategy. Sylvie has spent almost four years at HBG, leveraging her unique background by bringing a digitally focused perspective across all client work. Sylvie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies and a Master’s degree in New Media Studies from DePaul University.

UX/UI Designer

Kate is an Experience Designer with a passion for designing products that solve real problems. Leveraging past experience as a designer and a therapist, she combines strong conceptual design thinking with visual design principles. Kate has experience in the health sector and has studied Allied Health with a focus on Rehabilitation. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Culture and Technology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture, Performance and Installation. Most recently, Kate completed an immersive study in User Experience Design to marry her diverse skill set.

Emma is a graphic designer and strategic thinker gaining experience in the design industry. Prior to joining HBG, Emma developed brand identities for leading corporations and nonprofits at the Chattanooga, Tennessee design firm, Widgets & Stone. She also has experience creating visuals for an iPad app and has designed for CityScope magazine. She recently received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Margarita Golenson

Margarita Golenson

Director of Finance

Margarita is responsible for financial analysis and management, budgeting and strategic cost analysis at HBG. She has a Master’s degree in accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in finance. Her past accounting and finance experience includes working in various industry sectors such as education, hospitality and several non-for-profits.

Erin is a brand strategist with over five years of experience managing health products and services. Her specialties include direct marketing, project management and event management. Prior to joining HBG, Erin worked at Accelerated Physical Therapy and Lifes2good Health & Beauty. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Illinois State University and a Master’s of Business Administration with a specialization in Management from Loyola University.

Jessi is a graphic designer working to develop, evolve, and enhance brand strategy. To HBG she brings deep industry experience in visual layout, art direction, and complex project management. Previously she worked for a leading publishing company providing extensive graphic design within a variety of industries. Jessi earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in visual communication from Northern Illinois University.

Chris is a graphic designer with several years of experience working in the design industry. His specialties include brand identity, advertising, typography and illustration creation and implementation. Prior to joining HBG, Chris held in-house design positions at Rock Valley College and McKlein Company. Chris holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design with a specialization in Illustration from Harrington College of Design.

Chrissy has several years of experience implementing brand strategies for Fortune 500 companies. She specializes in account management, project management and implementation. Prior to joining HBG, Chrissy worked as the account lead on healthcare companies at HH Global. Chrissy holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Point Park University and Bachelor’s of Science in Business/Marketing from Edinboro University.

A member of the team for over four years, Margo plays an instrumental role in the brand development process by leading research and strategy development and managing brand activation. She has worked across a range of clients, including clinical technology services, wellness solutions, providers and behavioral health. Prior to joining HBG, Margo consulted with a variety of healthcare brands, such as Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. Margo holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.

Kate has served as marketing director for an interprofessional medical sciences university, and a private graduate business school, and has maintained an ongoing expertise in higher education and healthcare throughout her career. She has consulted for Top 10 medical schools, Top 50 national research institutions and Top 50 law schools. Her work has appeared everywhere from peer-reviewed medical journals and top book retailers to Forbes and CNN Money.

Andrew believes a commitment to practicing pivotal habits trumps strategy, funding and experience as the determining factor in one company outperforming another. He loves to solve problems by creating products, and is currently obsessed with behavior-linked insurance and financial services products.
