The Center for Cancer Care at Sherman Health had a great story to tell—a comprehensive care model, 100 percent oncology-certified nursing staff and radiation oncology delivered by University of Chicago Medical Center staff—but they needed help telling it.
Health Brand Group developed a fresh position—The Power of Partnership—exemplifying the partnership that the Center for Cancer Care at Sherman Health embodies within its care team, its physician partners (University of Chicago and the American Cancer Society) and its patients.
We performed extensive due diligence with internal and external stakeholders, conducted consumer focus groups and toured the facility from both the staff and patient perspectives, in order to understand the uniqueness of the organization.
We also transformed the Center from a bare, clinical space to a welcoming environment, reinforcing the brand positioning and enhancing the patient experience.
